When is this getting fixed?

"The buyer has already paid. Funds are on a temporary hold while the payment processes."

For months now I've been told by eBay that the funds aren't actually on hold and I am supposed to ship right away even though it clearly states there is a hold i.e. I don't actually have the money for the item sold.

I am not the only seller to report this issue.

I have also been told by eBay for months now that this is an issue that the "central team" is aware of and will be fixing it.

Enough.

When is someone at eBay going to manage even the slightest modicum of professional pride and actually do some work and fix a known and longstanding issue that has been causing confusing for multiple sellers beyond myself?

they do not know how to fix it !! All they know how to do is break something that did not need fixed !

You get your money in about 7-10 days with MANAGED PAYMENTS (doesn't happen immediately).  You can view your orders in PAYMENTS tab in SELLER HUB.

Immediately after you sell item (shows as PROCESSING (blue dot) after 1-3 days that will change to COMPLETED (green dot).   Takes additional 1-3 days to get PAYOUT  and then 1-3 more days to appear in your BANK ACCOUNT.   Entire process takes approx.  7-10 days to appear in bank account..

Click on PAYOUT message (will show photos of multiple items sold and fees deducted).  PAYOUT may include MULTIPLE PURCHASES with DIFFERENT PURCHASE DATES (minus shipping & EBAY fees).
