When do i get paid?

So I'm new to ebay but I've sold an item and shipped it July 25th it says July 25 th buyer paid and it says funds on hold July 25th then it says July 30th available although I have a email from ebay saying Although the buyer has paid, funds are on hold until Aug 8, even if the item is delivered sooner. This gives the buyer time to report any issues. It's August 10th also my payout is set to weekly and It says my total funds is negative from fees. Any help is really appreciated.
