@sehsand_0 , this has already been asked and answered many times. You should have been able to find the answer without posting the question again.

If you're trying to use a debit card from Sri Lanka, there's a notice on the Central Bank of Sri Lanka website, that says they are allowed to be used for foreign transactions, but that some individual banks have limited their use for foreign currency transactions because of the bank's foreign currency reserves.

You may be able to use the card if you create a PayPal account and link the card to the PayPal account. Some people from Sri Lanka have reported that this works, possibly because PayPal converts the currency, and charges the payment in the local currency, rupees.

That's great info, @eburtonlab, thanks for posting that. That puts some back story with the link I have been posting.

It probably also has something to do with why so many Sri Lankans are starting to sell on here. I was aware that the government didn't oppose it anymore, if they ever did. I found a news story from a couple of years ago, which said the government had asked PayPal to allow Sri Lankans to accept payments, but they (PayPal) never did.
