Can we use debit or credit cards to buy goods? Is it possible to use the same type as visa, master, american express?

Yes, Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards are accepted payments.

Right now citizens in SL have trouble paying with debit cards because some banks are limiting foreign transactions. if your payment is not being accepted contact your bank.

Do you know that eBay puts the type of payments a buyer can pay with in every listing?

Have you looked at a listing?

If you are not sure about a policy you can't go to Help & Contact and type Accepted Payments or Accepted Payment Methods where it says "How can we help you" and get the policy on payments that are allowed.
