Can't find any way to turn these irritating messages off. Every day i get it and i dont need them. Cant find out anywhere to turn them off.

If you don't want payout notifications everyday then change the payout schedule to weekly biweekly or monthly. Then the notifications you receive will be reduced.

Otherwise you're stuck with them, just delete them if they bother you.
