Does ebay want me to upload documents since there is no Single Sign On for my small bank or what?  I put in account and routing and social security for christ sake.  They sure could have elaborated instead of idiot messages like "Please review". Review what the three fields I inputted, really? you validated the info I inputted.  eBay your low-cost Indian coders need better guidance.

Ok thanks.  After I "Please review" the three input fields endlessly I resorted to uploading my bank doc, apparently that is what they want here?  I guess I will twiddle my thumbs while it gets processed, if not ill follow that link.
