Virtual card payment

Why doesn't eBay accept virtual dollar card, I won a bidding and can't pay for it and it's expiration date is today

I haven't  heard of something called a virtual dollar card.

I know my credit cards have an expiration date and the banks  always send a replacement card with a new extended date before the old card expires.

does your virtual dollar card work on PayPal? Can you pay via PayPal using the Dollar Card?

OP appears to be registered in Nigeria.  Maybe a "virtual dollar card" is something available only there or in Africa in general?
