Verifying Identity on MP

I got the message I needed to verify my identity after linking my bank account/going through the MP steps.

I plan on uploading my license to them as I re-entered all my info just in case something was typed in wrong. I know someone mentioned your name having to match your bank account - here's my question: my bank account has my middle initial and I've read people have had issues with verifying identify due to the names differing. When looking at the ebay info area for name, I don't see an area to put a middle initial in? Do I just put it in the 'first name' area after my first name or am I just not seeing something?

YES.  In the first name box type your first name space initial.
