Verify address... managed payments

Hello, My managed payments just started today. I sold a hat and the address looks like a military address.  The money or any pending info is not in my bank yet. That's not the problem. I know it is supposed to take a few days. How do I verify the address to make sure it's the address linked with eBay? I don't normally check this but this address is different.

Any buyer can change the SHIP TO address when they make payment.  If you use ebay to print your shipping label, it will use the SHIP TO address attached to the payment.

I thought if they change the ship to address the seller loses protection. How do I know if they changed their address?  We had to ship to the address on their paypal account. Now there is no way to check.

But what if you don't use eBay labels? Not everybody does. What then?
