Within the last past month and half ebay verification department has been the most horrific experience since being an ebay seller for 6 years. My account was restricted due to my personal name not matching my checking account name. I explained to ebay I have a business checking account and I'm the account holder. No one on the ebay team mentioned how simple it could have been to update and change my account name to a business to immediately unrestrict my account. Yesterday my account was unrestricted and within 3 hours restricted again due to tracking issues, unanswered messages, account payment not valid and outstanding balances, which is all untrue. Is this some type of game someone in the verification department is playing? Or someone on this ebay team is incompetent? Not sure which one but this has been the most demoralizing experience. Someone needs to be accountable from Ebay staff. Additionally, you can never get to the Internal dept to speak to a teammate who can immediately make changes. EBay I look forward to some explanations for such actions.

yes, it sucks, if you try to talk with a superviser or manager in that department, they will say they cannot answer the call and they will call you back and nothing, is a lie!!!!
Also if you try to talk to someone that can resolve your restriction and nobody can!!!! nobody!!! believe it or not nobody can fix it!!!! try it!!!.... they will say you need to send an email... is the only way and you need to wait 24-72 hours (business hours) and if they dont reply then send another email.... huge difference with Amazon!!!
