Cant seem to get eBay to accept my driver's license

I've taken 20 pics from 7 devices and none seem acceptable

What gives with this garbage

I'm not new to eBay

1998 first store down to last store 12 yrs ago and still active..

Guess they don't want part time sellers anymore which is fine bc Facebook and Amazon seem to like mei just want my money being held for no reason...guessing this may be a court issue very soon if not resolved
