So the item in my unpaid invoice is still there. It has been past 1 month already and it is still there. I tried to cancel it but it would not cancel.

Buyers can not cancel a transaction. They can ask a seller to cancel a transaction, but they can't do it on their own.

Seller couldn't cancel it since it was past 30 days. I contacted customer service and were going to resolve it. They said the IT were resolving it.

Then I guess you will just have to keep asking Ebay to fix it. Sorry this is happening to you.

I forgot I bidded on it without having a card connect because I was using this account to check on items not to buy. I did not know that had to pay for it. I check it and it said sold so I thought that the seller gave it to a different person.

You don't have to have a credit card "connected" to the site. You can have one, but you are always able to use a different one if you want.
You would have received several emails from Ebay regarding this. You would have received one when you won the auction, on reminding you to pay a couple days later, and again a couple days later, and a couple more over the next few days.
It also would appear as unpaid in your Purchase history. When you looked at the listing and it told you it was sold, if you had of looked a little closer at that screen you would have seen that it was sold to you.

How long will this unpaid invoice get removed since it was past 30 days?

IDK, that is a question for Ebay.

Ok thanks for the help.

Since you are new, it wouldn't hurt for you to take the time to read more about the way buying works on eBay. You have the potential to start your buying career here with at least on unpaid item strike.

AFAIK it won't be removed, you are very fortunate the seller did not cancel for non payment as you would have received a strike on your account - an invoice still showing is no reason for alarm - just hide it.
Go to My eBay > Purchases > Scroll down to Unpaid Invoices > use the drop down to Hide

The seller said that he could not cancel it.

Vender couldn't drop it since it was recent days. I reached client assistance and planned to determine it. They said the IT were settling it.

This is your first post on this thread. With all respect, what are you trying to tell us. I certainly don't understand.
