Understanding fees, I get the 12.55% on collectibles, but can't see the other charges making total

I'm working on understanding, the new fees systems.  I sold a collectible item. 12.55% on total sale, shipping and tax. When I do it, it does not figure right. I've read there is another charge, that should show, but I can't find it. it does show there is more of a percentage taken out of the total fees charged -of the 12.55%.  I'm missing something? I'm confused.

12.55% + .30 = of total sale (shipping, item, and tax)

There will be more taken if the buyer pays with any foreign currency.

There is an additional 0.30c transaction fee for Adyen on each transfer

If it was an off shore buyer there would be a $$ transaction %

other than that, what you stated is about it (Maybe listing fee, if you are over your monthly limit?)
