Hi,
I've been trying to change the bank account linked to my Managed Payments for about a week. I go through all of the steps (I've done this many times) and I end up with a code and a phone number that I am supposed to call - it says that this number is open 24/7 for calls but this is incorrect, each time I call it says that there is no one available to take the call and other times it says "this number is no longer in use by eBay". Because nothing else has worked I have tried typing in the code at different points in the call and that doesn't work to verify the new bank account either.
I waited three hours on Friday afternoon to get a call from Customer Support and I was on the phone for another 30 minutes before eventually being told that my account just needed to be "verified" and that it would all be fixed on Monday and the bank account would be switched (it wasn't). Customer support hasn't worked. The phone number eBay provides to verify the account doesn't work. Is there just no way to change bank accounts at this time?

Like everything else with eBay & Managed Payments this month...No. Seems they are pushing millions of sellers into Managed Payments this month, so give them a couple of days months. In the mean time, you'll need to decide you want to keep selling and not get paid.

Thanks, it seems like you're correct. I wish they'd just flat out say that it's not an option at this time instead of giving out bogus numbers to call where every single option leads to a dead end. I also don't appreciate being straight up lied to by "Customer Service".
I tried to rate them one star in the follow-up email but apparently "too much time has elapsed" since Friday so they are unable to process the poor feedback. Funny if it wasn't frustrating...
This whole thing is just ridiculous, honestly.

Wish I would have known you can't change your bank account after you set it up. Ebay seller support is a -6 on a scale of 1 to 10. Another epic fail for Ebay seller support.

You seem either very disgruntled or just very unhappy in general. Must be hard going through life like that. Not sure why you are like this, but wishing you happiness, joy and nothing but the best from here on out.

I have 2 accounts in Managed Payments. I was able to change the checking accounts on both with no problem. You do have to enter the current checking account in order to change to another one.
