I just signed up for Managed Payments. In the course of filling out my information I had to
choose the receiving account for any money collected from sales.
I selected my bank and my master account came up. My business account is another
number and when I tried to switch to the business account I was just sent back to the screen
where you select your bank. Click that I go back to the master account.
I went into Payments in Seller Account page and found the information to change the account
number and all that happens is you are sent back to the select bank page and after you
select your bank you are back to the same account you are trying to change. Again, click
change bank information and you repeat the same process. There seems to be no way to
switch to another account within the same bank.
I guess Ebay doesn't realize you can have 2 accounts at the same bank?
Any way of switching bank accounts? I tried the contact page and got a warning there was an
hour and a half wait. I came back a little later, refreshed to see if the wait time dropped
and the contact page was now down.

@toooldtorock. Try calling at 5am pacific time. Be sure to turn off the spam filter on your cell phone as it may block the callback

"Try calling at 5am pacific time."
The Contact page didn't require a cell phone and I do not have one anyway.
I went back and found another set of instructions which I followed exactly and got
the same result.
They suggest when you see All other banks list, click that. Which I did and got the
same result. Then I typed in the search bar "All other tabs", up came a sign-in screen
were you could manually add the needed account information. I finished and
it updated to the correct account. Despite Ebay's best efforts, I figured it out.
Ebay needs someone to double check their work and see if there are any problems.
This is not the first time they have made the simple difficult.
I would hate to have Ebay write assembly instructions for a bicycle.

@toooldtorock I know a cell phone is not required, just mentioned it because sooooo many people have had their call blocked.
I am happy that you figured it out.
It is a bit like reading furniture assembly instructions at times that were originally in Chinese and translated by a poor man's google translate.

"I am happy that you figured it out."
I did and now I have emails from Ebay stating that I have to go through verification because they
do not recognize the bank account.
I post this in case someone else goes through this process.
I must be the last person on Earth that does not have a cell phone. I tried opening an account
with my insurance company today on their website and that required a cell phone. I just have
no great need for one but more places assume you do not use land lines.

@toooldtorock I am so sorry that you're having such a rough time.

I don't have a cell phone.
I wanted to open a yahoo mail account. Could not do it as they wanted me to put my cell phone in so that they could text me to verify that I am me.
Apparently a home phone # with a physical address is no longer acceptable as proof that I exist😐
For MP, wife and I both had to upload scanned CU checking account statements (with sensitive info blacked out) to get verified.

Hopefully you can use the great new super simplified verification process: https://community.ebay.com/t5/Payments/A-new-way-to-verify-your-bank-account-for-managed-payments/td...
The one I used on PayPal 15 years ago.

I have prevailed. I got an email last night stating I am verified.
