I just made an order of supreme af1's and it has taken the money for the transaction twice without sending me a confirmation email

Look in your Purchase History. Doesn't it show it's paid?

It's doubtful it was taken twice. There may be an actual withdrawal along with a pending withdrawal which will drop off.
