Did you buy something on eBay? If not go to the Security Center link at the bottom of this page and request a call back for a Hacked Account. You also may want to go to your PayPal account and check your recent transactions. If you don't recognize the charges, change your eBay and PayPal passwords now and do a full virus scan on your device. If a credit card was used on PayPal for these transactions, call the number on the back of the card and report them as unauthorized purchases. Same thing if the money came from your bank account attached to PayPal, call your bank.

You need to provide more information regarding the charges. The fact that you posted suggests that you haven't made this purchases, are you 100% sure? There must be more detailed info about each transaction, what does it say? Why did you include HOME DEPOT in the screenshot? You also didn't make that charge? If you did, why did you include it?

BTW, the transactions are still pending, PP nor CC will not take any action as long as the charges are 'pending'.
