You actually received them in your bank or Ebay sent them????

OK that sounds correct.  Your initial post said you had "received the payout", which was what I was questioning as it isn't possible because the ACH banking system is closed.

Last weekend Ebay started issuing payouts again on weekends.  Which is absolutely terrific.  They go into the Queue for the ACH banking system and get processed or start processing as soon as they open on the next Business day.  This will speed up this money by a little bit for those using Daily Payouts.  It is a very good thing.

Something else I noticed in the last couple of weeks is that payment are processing quicker from Pending to Available.  I like that too.  Very helpful.
