TRYING TO CHANGE BANK ACCT FOR PAYOUTS

I am losing my mind. I have tried to change the bank acct for payouts, and the site wlll not allow me to do so? PLUS it is impossible to get someone on the phone to help

I changed the checking account on my two seller accounts without any problems.  I did have to enter the previous account number used to verify before I could enter the new checking account number.
