Synchronising Payoneer Account

Hello everyone.

I registered for eBay as a private individual as a hobby in 2003 selling motorcycle parts. A few years later eBay automatically upgraded me to  business status. Maybe there was a limit to what a private individual can sell and they thought I was selling too much privately. But they did not request any business info for the upgrade such as company documents, business name or a company representative. It didn't affect the way I eBayed or changed anything, so I left it as that. Moving onto 2021 and Payoneer regard me as a business. They want full business documents and all of the above which I don't have and as the application to synchronise is fully automated, there is no human intervention to sort out my problem just the usual automated emailing system. I am willing to apply and complete the 4 step process but I have been going around in circles for almost 3 months and because I have not completed the 4 step process in the eBay deadline of 9th July, I have been restricted from selling on eBay. The latest auto email from Payoneer was:

We'll reach out to you when it's time to continue the process, so all you need to do is prepare your documents and wait for our next email (it may take a few weeks).

So it looks like mid September before I can anywhere near getting back to eBay. Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks.

Until you get your Payoneer account set up, don't think there is much you can do?

We don't use Payoneer in the US, so we don't know how to advise.
