Suddenly iam not able to pay with my Visa Debit Card

hello all...

i live in lebanon and iam a constant ebay buyer for years

yesterday i tried to pay for an offer from an american seller...shipping inside the US. ebay kept giving me an error that am not able to use my visa card and i must try another one

sure i tried another visa card... another browsers + mobile app and tablet... deleted all browsers cache history...etc just everything

had a call to my bank... my visa is OK .. tried buying from other sites online... also OK worked
never exceeded my monthly visa limit

bought few things things week from ebay and things worked perfectly

tried paying from 2 different ebay accounts..kept giving me the same error

where is the problem. i think it is an ebay problem. please i need help

You might want to contact the seller.  If I'm reading your post correctly you stated that the seller ships inside the US, which means they do not offer shipping other than the US.  Does the shipping option state they ship world wide? Contact the seller, that would be the best idea to get the answer you need.

Did you check the expiration date?  Even if the card number is the same, the expiration date needs updated periodically.

Does your invoice have a shipping  and handling charge to Lebanon?

thank you... sure i sent a message addressing the problem.
strange becuase i often buy from sellers inside US  that only ship inside USA.. i usually ship to aramex center ..then they ship them back to me. things are always fine

thank you... well there is no invoice.

the seller accepted my offer... then i click on pay now.. choose my american address (which i often use) and do everything ..finally click pay now ..i get the same error ;(
