Still no duplicate shipping label refund

I accidentally purchased a duplicate shipping label for a sale on Aug. 24th. I still haven't received it. The amount was for approx. $15. I spoke with an ebay customer service rep about a week ago about this and he said I should see the refund between Oct. 26 - 28. Nothing. Not sure how to proceed.

Did you actually go in and Void the label way back in August, or have you only spoken with an eBay C/S Rep?

I did cancel it back then. And the message I got was that it would take about 20 days (now way past that) for me to see the refund. Thanks!
