Something went wrong - try again later when switching from personal to business account

Hi all,

As above, eBay requested that I changed my account from individual to business. When doing this, I encountered an error. My old phone number wasn't working on the system. I changed the phone number but am still getting this error. I have spend about 3 hours on the chat and on the phone and whilst eBay have been helpful, nobody seems to know what the issue or the fix is. 

The address is my residential address, I am trying to register as a sole trader business account. Phone number is verified, DOB is correct, address and names all correct. 

I have lost my selling privileges so am currently without income. Any ideas or suggestions what can be done ?
