I’ve never gotten this error before…I can’t pay for any items in my cart. Is this area of eBay down? How would I know if they are down.

I have not read any issues on the boards but that is not to say there aren't.

Log out of eBay and then back in and see if that helps, sometimes different areas have little glitches.
