My buyers pay shipping cost . I never see the money as it goes straight to eBay and the labels I pay for out of pay pal why is this happening .

The shipping your buyer paid will be sent to your bank account under Managed Payments. It's there, or will be.

I ship using PayPal also (I have a zero balance and they debit my bank account), but you can change the labels to come from your Pending sales if you want to... scroll down to the bottom and make your selection.
