Shipping label refund

I was charged three times for three labels for the same item.  I went in through seller dashboard and requested two of the labels be cancelled/requested refunds.  Haven't heard anything back yet.  What is my next step if I don'tsee a refund appear, and how will the money be refunded?  To my ebay managed payments balance, PayPal, or bank account?

It takes a while for a void of labels to be refunded. About 10 business days/2 weeks.
The way you paid for them is the way they get refunded.

I have never had one not refunded, once a void is requested. I doubt you’ll have an issue.
