Shipping label charge

I had difficulty unties with my printer and was finally able to print ONE label. They have charged me for two. I want my money back for the second charge. Anyone know how to get anywhere with this? All I get is the **bleep** chat bots asking me the same questions, even though i stated the problem multiple times, 😞

You have 28 days to void the shipping label.
Go to your shipping labels and click Cancel/Void in the menu next to the label.
It'll take 3 to 4 weeks to receive the refund.

If you were charged for 2 labels, that means you purchased a second label instead of using "reprint" on the first label. Follow the other poster's instruction to cancel the unused label.

Handy tip.   Save the label as a .JPEG    Then you can reprint is as often as needed and have it if you need to look back at it.
