Severe flaw with managed payments

there is a issue with MP many people are not aware of ! 

when the buyer opens a dispute with paypal after 90 days and then closes the case the fact that the case is closed in some instances is not processed by ebay causing the funds to stay on hold indefinatly !

That would happen from time to time even when we used PP.  Sometimes a case would get hung up.  If you see this happening in MP, simply call customer service and get them to release it.
