Serious Question about $$

So Ive been sellig on Ebay now for quite some time, but after having major problems with Ebay customer service, I just shut down that store and created a new one in December.  So since December Ive sold about $2500.00 and out of that Ive got exactly 3 payouts: 1 for $99 dollars, 1 for $49 dollars and 1 for $26 dollars, now Im very aware of the rediculous fees, but even with the fees it still doesnt add up, not even close but Im afraid if I call customer service and challenge them ( talk to them) thats what they said in October that I was challenging them when I was trying to speak to them about issues I was having, that my account and my store will go to **bleep** just like in October, like how on earth out of $2500 plus dollars have I only got 3 payouts? like it doesnt make sense. I have it set to payout every day  and nothing, Im tired of them holding my money to its getting rediculous. Im not sure what to do I need that money, HELP!!

You've definitely got some funky shipping going on. For example on all of your video game listings you're charging about $12 to ship Ground Adv or other Ground services. That's pretty high. At least you didn't advertise Media Mail on those one since video games don't qualify for MM!
