Sent my refund to an account that do not exist

Hello there, on September 20 you sent me a reform for $416.72 to an account that is closed. what can you do about that, please let know because I checked my bank account and it is not in there. thank you

EBay is not here. This forum consists of buyers and sellers. EBay will not see your post.

I would suggest contacting eBay thru social media to see if they can get you routed to the correct team. Use the instant/direct messaging.

There is no one here that can help you with this issue.

All refunds are sent to the original form of payment.

You should contact the bank / CC that it was refunded too.

There is nothing eBay or the payment processor can do to change where the refund was sent.

The seller can't choose where the refund goes.  It always goes back to the account/card it came from.  Did you close that account after you made the purchase?  You need to contact your bank about it.
