Sending an adjusted invoice to a buyer.

Hi!

I just sold an auction item to an overseas buyer. He already paid for the item. He wanted to know if I could give him a deal on three other items. I told him yes, no problem. 20% off plus free shipping on any three or more items. How do I create an invoice if he just adds the item to his cart?

Tell him to add them to his shopping cart and hit the request invoice button before he pays.

As the buyer already paid you need to do another listing for those items. Just sending an invoice would not be inline with ebay policies.

If you want to do those three, and the already sold one you could cancel at buyer request, and put all in one listing.

Cancelling may not get all seller fees returned. MP seller, so your fees come back.

If it was a GSP item that could complicate the buyer refund for their fees paid. Not sure how all that works.

I sort of misread your post.

Not sure if you can adjust costs in the cart other than shipping cost.

Guess I should go to my corner, and defer to those in the know.
