Im sorry, you must be under the impression that you are messaging your seller.
If you really need an answer as to "why" you can go to the purchase and message the seller there but just know that sellers are not required to respond.
Sellers who cancel orders most likely dont respond to messages either.
If it was me I would look for the item from another seller.

Sellers cancel for various reasons.
What was the reason given with the cancellation notice?
The item might be out of stock.
The seller could have found damage they didn't notice when they listed it.
Some sellers won't sell to low or zero feedback buyers.
The seller might not like the feedback you leave.
The seller could've forgotten to put a reserve price.
Maybe they had a change of heart and decided to keep.
If you didn't request to cancel they received a defect on their account if that makes you feel better.
