Selling count for 1099 eBay vs Paypal

I opted into Managed Payments in August.  Will ebay count my transactions that were previously paid through PayPal on my total number of transactions for the year or only the ones completed through managed payments??

Only the transactions completed in Managed Payments will be counted toward a separate 1099 you might get from eBay. They will not combine transactions completed through PayPal. For example, if you had 190 transactions completed through PayPal and 190 with Managed Payments at year's end, you will not get a 1099 from either one.
