This is a forum comprised of other sellers and buyers. No one here can answer your questions as no one here as access to your account. You will need to contact eBay directly if you feel there is money owed to you. You can also use social media to contact eBay for business and they do have access to your account. Did you sell something? Did you get paid?  Did you sign up with MANAGED PAYMENTS? If you want to see if you were paid, go to MY EBAY and look under SELLING.    If you bought something and returned it, the refund would be coming from Ebay but through the ebay system.  Please come back and explain your situation.  Someone will help you.

Only you can check your Payments tab and match up deposits to sales. We have no idea...
