Sellers, beware of fraudulent payment disputes one month after PURCHASE!

This is a confirmation of the purchase and receipt of the goods.

Reason: The buyer did not confirm the transaction.

I spoke with the buyer on the phone and he said that his wife did the dispute by mistake and he would check it later. also i sent a message but the buyer did not reply. tracking shows that he signed and received the purchase he made and the buyer left positive feedback. A month later, the buyer opened a dispute and they kept my money without explanation. Please see attached photos. God bless you!

You money is on HOLD, Ebay hasn't sent it to anyone.  When a Chargeback happens or a claim in Ebay, Ebay puts that amount of money on hold until the matter is resolved.

You need to make sure that no later than tomorrow you RESPOND to this Chargeback with all the info you have.

Now I haven't had a Chargeback recently, but it use to be that you could only attach one document.  If it is still that way, copy and paste all the evidence you have into a Word Document or a PDF.  Everything, your explanation of what happened, a screenshot of their feedback to you, a copy of that email you got from your buyer saying the wife was mistaken, a screen shot of the tracking and the fact it was signed for and by whom.  And anything else you have.

All of that needs to be put into your Chargeback ASAP so you can fight this and hopefully get your money back in your account.  Good Luck.
