I purchased an item a few days ago, and have been trying to get in contact with the seller. I've been trying to pay for it, but the seller isn't able to accept payment. I'm not sure what to do at this point, because I can't cancel the item, ebay doesn't seem to be able to help with this, and the seller isn't responding to my messages.
Is there a way that I can prevent this from negatively marking my account? I don't want to have a red flag on my account saying that I neglect to pay for the items I try to order

>Seller Not accepting Payment
Are you using PayPal?
Also I feel like this seller may be based in Sri Lanka. They cannot sell here because of restrictions on PayPal. And they may have their account shut down if that is what they are doing

Take a screen shot of the error message you get and copies of the messages you sent to the seller. If you get a NPB strike, use those to appeal it. If you want to go a step farther, go to the bottom of any Buying/Paying help page, click on the Contact Us link near the bottom and select See More in the pop-up. You'll find links there to ask for a call back or open a chat session with CS. About all they can do though, is check your account for problems, and tell you that there is a problem with the sellers account. Kind of a waste of time if the seller won't respond.
