I purchased auction LV Bumbag from international seller in Poland ($1700). A day or two later asked for proof of authenticity and verify stitching count on front of bag. Seller very evasive but verbally confirmed authenticity. Listing showed LV bag with receipts and boxing. Several messages between the seller and myself, I questioned more for additional photos and late response. Seller advised they would cancel order if I wanted by Wednesday. I tried to cancel for refund, and was told it was too late (but no tracking information was entered). Seller closed my cancel case that I opened and put buyers remorse. More communication in messages; seller finally updated tracking several days later but showed invalid in FedEx system. Package received today, 09/03/20; with bogus unbranded bag black bag. Seller mowing playing as if they sent true bag, Ebay stating they can not reopen from
cancelled case. All these things mentioned in 60-70 messages between seller and myself but Ebay will not process a refund. I have filed police report, even sent bogus bag back same day. Ebay has not been much help due to this previous closed case. Is there anything I can do?! Help please!!!
