I sold Airpods max silver Dec 15 . This item I bought on Ebay as original and I sold it as original after some time of using it.
I bought a Sony headphones instead so I decided to sale Airpods. I am absolutely sure that Airpods was original because I test them it.
It has noise cancelling but fake doesn't have it . Bayer decided to return Airpods saying that is fake.
I didnt accept a return as I am aware of a common scam when people returning fake items instead of original.
Bayer opened a dispute with Ebay and I had been charged 343 pounds. So it is a clear scam. Bayer has my item for free. What can I do with it?

You have to accept the return. It's ebays money back guarantee. Send them a label and see if they actually ship them back to you. The buyer may have a legitimate claim, so you need to try and work it out with them without having ebay to step in. That way you avoid a ding on your account.

you would have to have a receipt, as in maybe contacting the seller you purchased them from for a picture of the original receipt. this is a bit of a sticky situation bc this is a common scam for buyers unfortunately. with that much money though, you could report the fraud with your bank where the money was deducted from, or start an appeal if you have actual proof of the item being legitimate, and claim buyers remorse, if you are absolutely sure with receipts that the item is legitimate. in your best interest, appeal the case and request the buyer to return the item, so you may resell them to a more honest buyer. you could also try speaking with paypal if the money was deducted from there, and explain what happened.
To start an appeal(as a seller), follow these steps:

for future reference, always accept the return. always have receipts for something you are selling that is a high ticket item.
you will get nowhere trying to argue with ebay or a buyer who has already started a case on you. unfortunately in this situation, the system is not in your favor. in the future, you can comment straight away to the case though, you have a right to your feelings and can just claim buyers remorse if you know that is why and have proof, and that the reason for the case is not a valid item not as described issue, it is buyer was not happy with the item, IF including this is an honest case of buyers remorse, and you have receipts, as to not strike your account. if you have receipts, then you are safe.
you dont want the buyer to go as far as to ask ebay to step in and help, you basically need to get to the button first bc the system will always just turn in favor of the person who pushes the button first, in my personal experience they only seem to listen to whomever presses that blasted button. other people might have different opinions or experiences than me, but this is my personal experience with ebay cases on both sides, and has been this way for years.
if they actually bother to send you your item back, then you may just resell it with its box or additional receipt of payment from the website or store this time, to a better buyer.

If you didn't accept the return and Ebay had to decide, there is nothing you can do.

im sorry, im not trying to argue with you, but i have found different:
"If you don't agree with our decision after we've stepped in to help resolve an issue between you and your buyer, you can appeal by providing new information within 30 days of the case being closed."
