I bought French White Corning ware from seller that was supposed to be new. When the box arrive it was not well packaged and I opened it and the contents were shattered. I contacted the seller who questioned me but said they would refund. I included pictures and as the weeks went by I would email again and again and the seller wouldn't respond. I started a case with Ebay and they said they decided in my favor and the seller refunded my money. I waited another week and nothing. The seller never refunded the money. Ebay closed the case so I can not get back through to the resolution center which I have tried numerous times. I am blocked from sending a message to the seller. I have tried to call ebay...joke and their online chat is worthless. Ebay protects corrupt sellers and buyers are suppose to just accept that?

If you paid by credit card, contact your card company. You can also file a case with paypal if that is how you paid. However with them you have to pay it's return.
Did you click the help and contact link at bottom of page to speak with ebay?

How did you pay? It takes a while before the refund is put back to your original funding source.

Did tracking show that you returned the item?
