Returned lap top computer never paid me

I paid for a lap top computer it didn't work i returned it about a month ago have not gotten paid. Told her I don't have the debit card need a check. She s ignoring me. I've called her many times an texted her many times no response at all. I paid for a lap top computer on July 29th my order number is 184375302653. I told her I was returning it because it didn't work. Please help me get my refund now. Thanks Dolores Morgan

You're way past the 30-day MBG window with eBay. You have 180 days with PayPal... so you must act quickly. And the seller can't issue a check... your refund will go back to the original payment method.

You obviously didn't follow the procedures in place to handle Not as Described items. You have probably waited too long for eBay to help you.  If you used a debit card (not a good idea here) you can ask your bank if they have a dispute policy that may help you get your money back.

That said, even if you had filed a return, the refund would have gone back to your original payment method.

How did you pay for it in the first place?  The refund will go back there.
