I have funds that are due to release on the 11th, but my account got permanently suspended because of issues with refunding a buyer (they don't like credit unions apparently).

Do I still get my money on the 11th?

eBay doesn't have an issue with credit unions, so that is not what is causing  your problem.

You are registered in the USA, but if that's the case, how did you come by those items from the war in Ukraine?

With permanent suspension, all you can do is hope. I would not be depending on it.
