Requirement to access checking account

How can I get my balance sent to PayPal. I am told this is required and is the only way EBay  can send money due to federal concerns with money laundering. I refuse to give access to my checking. Just send me the balance on my account and cancel my account.

PayPal could be used but for them ending the contract with eBay to process payments.

Since Adyen is processing payments and eBay is managing payments things have changed. eBay is not going to just give you your money unless it's through your checking account.

How many checks have you written in your lifetime? Your bank routing number and your checking account number is on all of them yet you had no problem writing them all over town, right?

If you don'twant to get paid that's fine. Between 6 months and a year eBay will turn your funds over to unclaimed property in your state. You can get them then.

they are trying to but you are not giving them a place to send it to.......
