Repeatedly asked to input cards security code when making a purchase.

Hi everyone,

After trying to buy an item earlier, I was asked tore-enter the security number on my credit card, i thought this was strange as i had never had to do this before. After doing this and trying to but the item again, I get a message saying the payment can not be processed at this time. I tried this multiple times with multiple different cards and kept getting the same message. Has anyone else encountered this problem and does anyone have a fix for this?

I can't help you with why you are having payment issues.  But I do know that any site I use my credit card on to make a purchase like Target, Macy, etc. they always ask for my security code.  It is a way to verify I am who I say I am, the cardholder.
