Refunds

How do you give a small refund to a buyer after they have paid with a debit or credit card?  When they used PayPal it was easy.

How the buyer paid via eBay checkout has no impact on their ability to receive a refund.

@dorbaxt   Go to Seller Hub.  Go to the Orders tile and click on "See all orders".  When the list populates find the item you want to issue a refund on, it will have a little pull down menu on the left and on the list is "Send refund" ... click that and process the refund.
