I often have people buy more than one item and pay the shipping costs for each. Is there a way to refund the extra shipping through Managed Payments. I have seen no options to do a manual refund.

It's easy, just go to the sold item and issue refund from the drop down menu next to the item. You then can make the refund off the whole order or each item if you prefer.
Keep in mind when doing partial refunds that you do not get you fees back, just like before MP
You do however get ALL of your fees back when you issue full refunds now. 🙂

In your Seller Hub, select Orders and find the one(s) you want to issue a partial credit to. To the left of the order there's a drop-down menu in blue (starts with 'Leave Feedback')... select 'Send Refund' from the options. Enter the amount you want to refund, confirm and issue. It's simple once you know where to look. Good luck.

Yes, it's easy. Click on the arrow next to leave feedback for the item (from the manage orders awaiting feedback page) The refund option is down there. At the top of the refund page you have to select why you are refunding and shipping adjustment is an option. You fill in the amount and on the next page it's finalized.

is very wired, i don't have that option in MP!
Maybe because i am international seller?
I am on MP 4 days now.

ok what i find out is if the order is before you registered MP you don't have the option to refund.
I test with an order i did after i enter MP and finaly there is an option.
On all the orders before there is not!

That sounds pretty logical to me. If the transaction was not initially handled by MP, then the refund can't go through MP. You need to refund through PayPal or whatever the transaction was processed by.
