Refund

I received 3 emails yesterday from ebay saying my refund is on the say.  The three refunds were very small, .32, .46, and .50.  I haven't purchased anything that required a refund.  Has anyone else received this kind of email?  I'm not complaining about the tiny refund.  I just want to make sure my account wasn't hacked, and it seems I can't talk to a liver person at ebay.

eBay has been refunding buyers in Michigan since a change in Michigan sales tax if you are in Michigan you're being refunded due to this  change.

I am in Kansas, but maybe we also have had a change in sales tax.  Thank you for responding!
