Good morning. Can anyone tell me how to proceed when a seller refunds an order but the amount does nor come back to my credit card account. Sellers says he did refund. Did not discover how to contact ebay support. Thanks.

Good Morning. Any transactions (and your refund transaction) has ID number. First of all you should find out at your seller number of this transaction. And after you can find out at your bank of Pay Pal where is your payment. Also payment can be at pending.

How long has it been since the seller told you he refunded?
