Refund seller using Apple Pay

Hello everyone

I bought an equipment, which was not delivered two days after the estimated date, and I contacted the seller, who returned the money to me. However the equipment arrived and I want to return the money to the seller. I don't have Paypal, the purchase was made through Apple Pay. How can I return the money to him?

Currently, managed payments doesn't support refunds to the buyer after a transaction is closed. Managed payments sellers can still issue invoices, however that functionality is only during a transaction.

Start with contacting your seller.  Give them your email address.  You can do that through Ebay messages.  

Even though you don't have a PayPal Account, the seller can invoice you through Paypal and you can pay using PayPal as a Guest.  You do not have to open an account.

This will allow you to pay your seller.  

And my sincere thanks for your honesty and willingness to do what is right.  It is surprising to me how many would just walk away and feeling entitled to the freebie.
