I have not received an item that I purchased in August. I have hoping it would come at some point due to the difficulties with shipping from China. I have contacted the seller twice with no response. I don't know how to track eBay about this problem because the item doesn't show up on the list of items wanting a refund for. Even though the item shows it was never received in my purchases. Any help?

There is a lot of crazy going on out there in the world of shipping. I ordered an item from another country a while back and I simply forgot about it by the time it arrived SIX MONTHS later.
Your seller is likely not responding because they know there is nothing you can do about it on Ebay and you can't leave feedback. I'd suggest that you contact Ebay and tell them about this. If you do social media, I'd suggest Ebay for business on Facebook.

Per eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers, you had 30 days after the last estimated delivery date to open an item not received case. No need to contact the seller.
Well, since you've left that deadline expire, you can open an item not received case with Paypal, if that's how you paid, or do a charge back on your credit card.
May I respectfully suggest that you read eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers? It's seen in every listing and explains your protection if/when a transaction goes wrong. If you had read that before, this could have all been settled months ago.
