Refund issue

The seller says he issued a refund. However, I never received confirmation of the issued refund nor did I ever receive my refund. The seller has gotten rude and refuses to deal with it and has told me not to contact him anymore   It has gone on for a month and I have no way of contacting eBay because I never received the item. I am not being given the option to ask them to step in,  I have tried. eBay is making it impossible to contact them.  I just want my money refunded. Money back guarantee and I can't get in contact with anyone.

Did you open an Item Not Received case?

When was the estimated delivery date?

The MBG is only good for 30 days from that date.

Did you file an Item Not Received case?  If not, file one ASAP.  Go to your purchase history, file the item, on the right select the proper option to file the claim.

You can do this up to 30 days after you received the item.  

That is the FIRST thing you need to do if you have not file the claim is get it filed.
